Frequently asked questions

Where do I control my locations from?

From the web portal on your computer or the app on your phone. There you see what's playing at each location, which ad is up next and which devices are online, and you can change the music, volume or schedule.

What happens if the internet goes down at a location?

The store keeps playing. GeoVENN devices store the music and ads on site and catch up on their own when the connection comes back.

Can I verify that every ad actually played?

Yes. Every ad is logged with date, time and location, and you can pull reports for your team and for the brands advertising in your stores.

Do I have to buy the equipment?

Not necessarily. We offer equipment purchase and rental plans, and if you already have speakers, we connect the GeoVENN Router to what you're already using.
